Book Description:

Follow Trent as he unveils the origin story of the mysterious and powerful world of witches across centuries. He’s been known as the witch Trond, or even as Galen, and finally Trent, the Witch of the Silver Locust. He will seek the Blodheska no matter where or when to nurture the powers they hold.

Traversing each moment, he must face opposing forces that have their own plans for their ideal apocalypse. He will face his enemies no matter if they are human or demon–or even the Church of Satan itself. As he defends his goal, Trent will ally with both new and old friends as he tries to open the gateway to the old ones and bring about the witch utopia of New Eden on earth.

Inspired by true events, this tale follows Trent as he endures an exorcism, the Church of Satan, and the Son of Sam while moving closer to fulfilling his destiny.

Reader Advisory: Witch of the Silver Locust contains violence, gore, Satanic rituals, and graphic sexual situations

Seven things about my writing you may not know…

~I am a creature of habit. I am bound by my obsessive compulsive tendencies. I can’t help it. It’s a sickness. In all of my stories, woven between the pages, one is bound to find: a reference to Santa Claus, a reference to The Wizard of Oz, a dream sequence, references to being underwater or drowning. Don’t ask.

~I mentally cannot stop putting two spaces after a period. It’s an automatic action. <> “bad author, bad author.”

~I am passionate about folklore and mythology and incorporated a lot of the old lore into my Coal Elf series. You have to be “on the folklore ball” to pick up the little breadcrumbs I’ve left behind!

~I was born and raised Catholic, and while I am not practicing, I still have deep ties to religion and spirituality. These tendencies have influenced my writing, especially in my Urban Fantasy stories, and most recently in my Dawn of the Blood Witch saga.

~The very first REAL poem I wrote was in 1985. I was eight. It was titled “Halloween.” I still have it.

~I’m a great embellisher, although, I’ve had so many incredible life experiences that I often find I don’t have to do much ‘bellishing! Like, I seriously can’t make half the stuff that I lived through up! But, of course, when I’m in my fantasy worlds of the elves, zombies, angels, or witches, I have to tweak some of my own memories to bend and fit the context of the particular universe. Much of the narrative (for any of my books) is the fragments of me – slivers of secrets, puzzle pieces of the past.

~Poetry saved my life. Period. The End.
