Party Games – Add a little sweetness and a lot of hotness together and you get this story. It was so good I was grinning like a fool the whole time and only wanted more in the end. Flirting on the phone on duty, or even off work time is a lot different when you finally meet the person face to face. Such fun!
Unmasked – Condense a full length romance book into a short story and that’s what this one felt like. Emotional, sweet, and sensual, it’ll definitely warm you up one way or another as a big shot lawyer meets a smooth jazz player while doing charity work in the wake of Katrina.
Punished by the Cowboy – A rougher brand of heat, there’s a little kink to this one that takes the sizzle to a different level. A spanking like that makes for a hell of a first date! She’ll never be late for a date again.
Masquerade – In a way, this story felt a little impersonal and I can’t decide if I’m disappointed in the ending because it felt too short, or if I’m just left with questions because the author meant to be that mysterious (even if slightly predictable). A big secret sex party where the masks never come off sounds kind of neat, but I like a more personal connection than that so this just wasn’t quite my cup of tea, though I love the idea of wanting to get you to let go of your inhibitions in the bedroom in general.
